Refunds Post-Purchase

We offer a 14 day risk-free money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can get a refund within 14 days of making a purchase. Please keep in mind that even though we offer a full money back guarantee, the signup fee is non-refundable, in partial or in full, in the following cases:

1. once the trading activity has commenced by the Client on the trading challenge account;
2. The Client violates this Agreement or the Program Terms & Conditions.

Refunds Upon Completion of the Evaluation Program

After you have successfully completed the Challenge phases and proceeded to the funded phase you will receive a refund of the initial sign up fee with your first withdrawal. Your sign up fee will not be refunded until you have generated sufficient Virtual Profits for a withdrawal.

Acceptance of this Policy

It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this Refund Policy. The terms of this Refund Policy, together with our Evaluation Terms and Conditions, are incorporated into your contract with us for the purchase of Funded Engineer trading evaluations challenge account. By placing an order for the purchase of any Funded Engineer evaluation, you indicate that you have read this Refund Policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this Refund Policy, you must not place an order with us.
